YCC, headquartered in Wilmington, North Carolina, was established in 1992 by Founder and CEO Kathleen C. McCasland. YCC specializes in conference planning, on-site management, membership association, and Web development services. Today, with more than twenty years of meeting planning experience, Kathleen has managed over two hundred meetings ranging from regional gatherings to international conferences and exhibitions with more than two thousand participants. She knows that providing top-quality services requires a staff with expectations that know no boundary. The staff's education and experience includes conference planning, association management, teaching, editing and publishing, Web site creation, computer science, database management, financial management, and administrative support. This diversity in backgrounds, along with positive and flexible attitudes, allows YCC to go the "extra mile" for clients.
