YCC, headquartered in Wilmington, North Carolina, was established in 1992 by President Kathleen C. McCasland. YCC specializes in conference planning, on-site management, membership association, and Web development services. Today, with more than 20 years of meeting planning experience, Ms. McCasland has managed over 200 meetings ranging from regional gatherings to international conferences and exhibitions with more than 2,000 participants. She knows that providing top-quality services requires a staff with expectations that know no boundary. The staff's education and experience includes conference planning, association management, teaching, editing and publishing, web site creation, computer science, database management, financial management, and administrative support. This diversity in backgrounds, along with positive and flexible attitudes, allows YCC to go the "extra mile" for clients.
